The Bayswater project, still under construction, is on track and set to be ready for tenants to move in April.

A place close to many of our hearts are the beautiful islands of Indonesia. Our friends at Classroom of Hope have been re-building schools since 2012, and in Indonesia since the 2018 Lombok Earthquake and with the use of recycled plastic “Eco-Blocks” a school can be built in just 6 days! Pulse Director, Brian Stinson, is a testament to that, lucky enough to travel to a remote part of Cambodia last year to witness one of the builds.

Our most recent development in Nedlands, consisting of three double story townhouses, has reached completion and we’re thrilled to hand over to the new owners. It has once again been a pleasure working with the team at WBN on this project.

The Pulse team are proud to announce all the SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) properties in Warwick are now all tenanted! This beautiful boutique villa project was designed and built to High Physical Support NDIS standards, it’s great to see these villas turn into homes for the residents.

The cogs are turning at a fluid rate here at Pulse, we have many projects at various stages of the planning and construction process in the pipeline throughout Perth.

Our Specialist Disability Accommodation division, SDA Lifestyle Homes, has two 3-bedroom homes under construction in Bayswater. These homes have a unique layout allowing residents to have both privacy and communal areas to socialise.
