The cogs are turning at a fluid rate here at Pulse, we have many projects at various stages of the planning and construction process in the pipeline throughout Perth.
Our Specialist Disability Accommodation division, SDA Lifestyle Homes, has two 3-bedroom homes under construction in Bayswater. These homes have a unique layout allowing residents to have both privacy and communal areas to socialise.
With the huge amount of interest received in our first development in the northern suburbs, Pulse has managed to secure another site for more SDA homes in the north of Perth. These homes will be built to the High Physical Support category. The design of these homes also allow for separation from the rest of the home with an additional activity room and bedroom with ensuite.
Pulse are consulting and project managing a number of SDA projects for our valued clients. These include houses in Yokine, apartments in Attadale, villas in Attadale, houses in Bassendean, apartments in Stirling, villas in Mandurah and houses in Inglewood. The variety across these projects is very exciting for the team.
