In addition to projects that we are managing for our valued Clients, Pulse Property Solutions have two Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) developments in Perth that are due to reach completion in 2022. The Bayswater project, still under construction, is on track and set to be ready for tenants to move in April. This development features two homes with two bedrooms, each with its own large ensuite, in a shared-living arrangement. Additionally, there is an Onsite Overnight Assistance room as well as an attached private studio equipped with kitchen, living area and separate access for the third resident. The other project in Warwick is scheduled to be completed later in the year. The Warwick project consists of two side-by-side homes, one designed to accommodate three residents and the other has been designed for two. Both the homes feature a bedroom with a separate living space for added privacy. These unique designs offer choice and flexibility for their future residents, and we can’t wait to see people enjoying these innovative homes.
