We were honoured to be invited to the turning of the sod at our client, Foundation Housing’s project in Bassendean. Pulse are project managing this development from design through to completion, closely working with the client and Activ Foundation to ensure the homes are designed and built to suit the abilities and preferences of the individual tenants.

From the project's design phase to its eventual completion, Pulse's dedicated team is working tirelessly to ensure that every aspect is thoughtfully considered and meticulously executed. This is not just about constructing houses; it's about creating homes that can make a significant difference in the lives of the people who will reside there.

The High Physical Support Homes being developed in Bassendean are far from ordinary. These homes are specifically designed to cater to the unique abilities and preferences of the individual tenants. Foundation Housing understands that every person is different, and the project reflects this understanding. The careful consideration given to the needs of the residents is what sets this project apart. The result is a tailor-made environment where residents can lead fulfilling lives with dignity and independence.

Collaboration is the cornerstone of success in this project. Foundation Housing is not working in isolation; they have enlisted the support of Activ Foundation, an organization with a wealth of experience in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Together, they are creating a synergy that ensures the High Physical Support Homes are equipped with not only physical amenities but also the emotional and psychological support required for residents to thrive.

Each of the two High Physical Support homes will accommodate three residents who are currently living together, along with a dedicated room for carer support. This thoughtful design ensures that residents can continue to share their lives with the companions they know and trust, while also benefiting from the additional support they may require.

Foundation Housing's High Physical Support Homes project in Bassendean is more than just a construction project; it's a testament to the power of community, collaboration, and compassion. Pulse's project management expertise and the collaborative efforts of all involved organizations have made this initiative a shining example of what can be achieved when we come together to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. These homes are not just buildings; they are beacons of hope and empowerment, showcasing the potential for a brighter, more inclusive future for all.
