Nedlands Development
Our Ord Street project, which consists of three double story townhouses, reached completion and it was a proud moment to handover two of the homes to their delightful owners, with the third due to move in very soon. Recent rezoning in the Nedlands area allowed this project to come to fruition making this a unique development in the area and one of the first to finish under the rezoning.
With attention to detail the home has been finished to a superior specification including stone bench tops, tiled porcelain floors to living areas, quality wool carpets to bedrooms, LED lighting, contemporary tile & plumbing selections along with stainless steel Bosch kitchen appliances. Our new owners will also be enjoying reverse cycle ducted Daikin air conditioning with My Air tablet controller and My Place automated lights plus EV car charger ready, provision for internal lift access (with one already installed), roller blind window treatments throughout, curtains to master, landscaping and reticulation.
The homes look superb and it has been a pleasure to work with all the consultants, trades and suppliers on this project. It is exciting to see the progression on our next collaboration with the team, just around the corner on Robinson Street.
