Construction of these four architecturally designed villas is progressing extremely well with all brickwork and structural steel works complete. Roof cover has commenced and electrical/plumbing prelays are in progress.

Each villa is designed to the High Physical Support category under the NDIS Guidelines which meets Platinum Level LHA plus additional SDA requirements for NDIS compliance.

It’s always good to hear from your Site Manager in winter to confirm that roof cover on all 3 townhouses has been completed. There’s no stopping the trades with electrical, plumbing, smart wiring installed to all first floors and air conditioning scheduled in the coming weeks. Internal and external plastering will commence early August which will really bring the project to life.
