It is just a matter of weeks until the first residents begin to move in to our Bayswater SDA and we can’t wait to see the rewarding transition from an on-site project to a person’s forever home. The furniture and white-goods are in place and the Supported Independent Living staff and key personnel from Ability WA are about to commence Emergency Management training.
These spacious three bedroom Hamptons inspired homes are situated in a quiet tree-lined street, in close proximity to all the convenient lifestyle amenities that Bayswater has to offer. And we still have one vacancy remaining! We are inviting applications from interested people with the following in their NDIS Plan:
• SDA Funding for High Physical Support 3 bedroom home
• SIL Funding for Ability WA onsite supports
We are seeking suitable house-mates to share with residents in their 40’s / early 50s. The residents are very sociable and love to go for coffee and to the movies when they’re not working. They are looking to live with other friendly males or females.
