Our next-to-market disability housing development is making impressive progress, with the site undergoing a remarkable transformation. With the roofing now in place, the project's street-facing aesthetics are coming to life. Additionally, the wall floats are impressively shaping the interior, providing us with a better view of what the internal floorplans of these homes will soon be.

At our disability homes in Warwick, where we have two side by side SDA’s, there was originally no footpath on the street at all. When we put in the request for something to be done, we had no idea of the beautiful ripple effect it would create

As construction progresses at our latest Specialist Disability Accommodation development in Cannington, we are excited to share that the roof covers of our High Physical Support homes are now complete. With the roof in place, our attention has turned to the installation of fire sprinkler run-ins and fire panels.
