Construction Update: Warwick Progress + Bentley Begins

It’s an exciting time at Pulse, with construction powering ahead at our Warwick site and demolition now underway at our second SDA location in Bentley.

In Warwick, our two-home development is quickly taking shape. Brickwork is complete, roofs are on, and both external rendering and internal plastering are in progress. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and bordered by lush parklands, these homes are designed to offer both accessibility and comfort in a peaceful, well-connected location. Warwick Train Station is less than 1km away, and Warwick Grove Shopping Centre is just 1.3km down the road—making everyday living easy and convenient.

We recently held a site and design feedback session onsite with our build team and partners, and took a moment to appreciate just how serene the outlook is from the park side. You really get a feel for how special this location is.

Meanwhile in Bentley, demolition is now complete, clearing the way for five brand new SDA homes. Just 10 minutes to Westfield Carousel and the buzzing Victoria Park café and restaurant strip, it’s a fantastic spot for connected, community living. With TAFE and university campuses close by and easy access to the city, the location ticks all the boxes.

These upcoming homes in Bentley will combine thoughtful accessibility with contemporary design to support independence and empower residents to reach their independent living goals.
