Welcome to a snapshot of our PULSE development sites under construction.
THE MOUNT – It’s hard to believe we’ve had such a wet winter as works continue to progress well on site. The commanding elevation is really coming to life with the roof on, external render and cladding complete and the scaffolding has been cleared away. All electrical and plumbing service run ins are installed, internal float and set is complete to upper floors, ceilings are being fixed and glaziers coordinated for first week of September. How amazing are those raked ceilings!! We’re looking forward to lock up and working through the finishing touches.
VUE – What a VUE indeed. It won’t be long before a glass of vino can be enjoyed on the balcony watching those majestic Scarborough sunsets this summer. The upper floor has achieved lock up, joinery installed and floor tiling has commenced. Ground floor roof frames are complete and it was great to see the crane onsite installing the steel structure for the carport. Our trusty builder confirmed they’re on track to finish before Christmas, a nice gift indeed!
WESTVUE – Your eyes are not deceiving you. Yes, Pulse has two fantastic developments on the popular Westview Street in Scarborough. We’ve seen a flurry of activity on site with scaffold cleared and ground floor locked up which is a great achievement. Internal tiling and cabinetry is well underway and the builder continues to work towards completion in November. We look forward to sharing some completed images with you soon.
