Welcome to a snapshot of our PULSE development sites under construction.
THE MOUNT – is looking amazing with it’s commanding street presence and unique design features now coming to life. Pre-completion compliance reviews have now been carried out by our private certifier and works continue to track well for handover at the end of year. Internally the tiling and cabinetry is underway and externally service run ins are complete, fencing is due to commence shortly and paving mid-month. Three apartments are under contract and the agents have reported the enquiry rate is starting to pick up as we head towards summer, don’t miss out if you are interested in THE MOUNT!
VUE – What a beautiful gift to be handed the keys of VUE before Christmas. Yet to be formally launched to the market, we have a feeling that this development will be highly sought after as we’ve received a flurry of positive feedback and interest. Understandably so given the ocean glimpses and amazing sunset views. And it doesn’t stop there as some apartments have 2 car bays which is a huge bonus for the Scarborough area and very hard to find. Upper floor timber flooring is now complete, the painting is nearly done and externally the paving is well underway. We can’t wait to see tha landscaping and finishing touches over the coming weeks.
WESTVUE – The builder is working through the final stages at WESTVUE with paving complete. It’s time for the internal floor coverings and painting to be finalised along with finishing items. We are currently working through the staging process in readiness for the marketing launch and inspections. We look forward to welcoming prospective buyers through these apartments once finished and looking fabulous.
LIFESTYLE BY PULSE – A lot has happened since our last Newsletter. The block at 37 Methuen Way Duncraig was cleared to make way for LIFESTYLE living - four stunning 3x2 bedroom townhouses, all with double garages. The footings were laid, brick build ups complete and the ground floor slabs poured. It won’t be long before the new lady in the street will be turning heads and wowing everyone with her sophistication and grace.
