We are thrilled to share the exciting news of our third addition to the charming north-of-the-river suburb of Warwick. Two new homes will soon join our existing six Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) residences, which are already bringing comfort and joy to our cherished tenants.

Our next-to-market disability housing development is making impressive progress, with the site undergoing a remarkable transformation. With the roofing now in place, the project's street-facing aesthetics are coming to life. Additionally, the wall floats are impressively shaping the interior, providing us with a better view of what the internal floorplans of these homes will soon be.

As construction progresses at our latest Specialist Disability Accommodation development in Cannington, we are excited to share that the roof covers of our High Physical Support homes are now complete. With the roof in place, our attention has turned to the installation of fire sprinkler run-ins and fire panels.
