Our Cannington SDA property has been making remarkable strides, with construction on track for brickwork completion this week. The dedication of our team is evident as we witness the homes taking shape. Additionally, we are excited to announce that a new SDA project in Bentley will commence onsite next week. Furthermore, we anticipate planning approval for a third SDA project in the southern suburbs, eagerly awaiting the green light to begin construction. We are thrilled to be able to deliver these safe and comfortable living spaces for individuals with disabilities.
Meanwhile, in Busselton, our six-unit residential site is progressing smoothly, with the completion of brickwork being a significant milestone. This achievement paves the way for the installation of the roof cover, bringing us closer to providing beautiful homes for future owners.
We are honored to manage two SDA builds in the Mandurah area on behalf of Midway Community Care. With a five-unit site and a four-unit site, we are excited to deliver these homes and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals living with disabilities in the region. Over the coming months, we eagerly anticipate the progress on these sites, ensuring they meet the highest standards and create a supportive living environment for their future residents.
