NEW Disability housing planned for Cannington

21.10.22

After weeks of anticipation, we are thrilled to announce that our South of the River site has received Development Approval, and the chosen location is none other than the vibrant suburb of Cannington! This exciting development is strategically situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac, offering the perfect blend of serenity and accessibility. Its proximity to key amenities such as Westfield Carousel, Perth CBD's largest shopping center, Queens Park, Cannington Train Stations, bus stops, Curtin University, and major arterial roads ensures that residents will have easy access to life's necessities.

Designed to meet the NDIS category of High Physical Support, this development will provide a mix of shared and private living options, catering to the diverse needs of its future residents. The prospect of offering Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) living to Perth's South of the River region adds another layer of excitement to this project.

As we celebrate the approval milestone, we eagerly anticipate the transformation of this vision into reality. The coming months hold the promise of witnessing this project take shape, bringing more opportunities for inclusive and supportive living to the vibrant community of Cannington. Stay tuned for further updates as we embark on this journey to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities in Perth's South of the River area.
