As we closed out another incredible year, the Pulse Property Solutions team took a well-deserved break to celebrate our achievements. We enjoyed a relaxing day out on the river, anchoring in Elizabeth Quay for drinks, nibbles, and plenty of laughter. The Perth city skyline made for the perfect backdrop as we shared stories, had a few laughs, and took a moment to appreciate everyone’s hard work.

Unfortunately, our "life of the party" Lesley was struck down with COVID and couldn’t join us. Lesley, you were missed!

2024 has been a year full of growth, challenges, and remarkable milestones. As a team, we’ve achieved so much, and days like this remind us of the importance of taking a moment to celebrate together.

Celebrating 16 Years in the Property Industry

This year marked Pulse Property Solutions' 16th year in the property industry here in Perth, and what a year it has been! We are incredibly proud to be wrapping up Project #57, with developments stretching across Western Australia, from Busselton to Port Hedland. These projects reflect our continued focus on delivering quality, well-designed homes that positively impact the local communities.

A significant part of our success in 2024 has been our commitment to Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). We are proud to be completing our 30th SDA home, creating purpose-built spaces that provide comfort, accessibility, and independence for residents. Through these projects, we have delivered 59 rooms for NDIS participants—each room designed to enhance independent living.

Behind these numbers is the dedication of our incredible team and the partnerships we’ve built with clients, providers, and industry leaders. This milestone year has shown us what can be achieved with collaboration, innovation, and a shared vision to make a difference. Thank you to everyone who has played a part in this journey—we couldn’t have done it without you!
