Working on The Terrace

Part of our routine repertoire involves catching up with the builders on site to check on progress and resolve any typical matters that might arise during construction. Not only do we enjoy this aspect of our work, but it is as an integral part of developing quality projects. Our builders at THE TERRACE are very proud of their workmanship on the job so far. The building supervisor Nesh loves what he does “…the day to day challenges of the job, working on big buildings on tight sites and dealing with all sorts of factors that make it rewarding”. It’s great to hear that they love the design of THE TERRACE, especially the fact that every apartment has a balcony and a courtyard which they say is a rare thing in apartment developments. We asked them what they liked about working with us and we are very happy to quote Managing Director Mathew Ravlich who said “Working with Pulse is an excellent experience.
