Winter. What Winter?

You are right on the money if you said that the construction industry is generally affected by inclement weather during the winter period and that many external activities need to be put on the backburner until the rain subsides. This is particularly so for rendering external walls as they need to dry out before the plaster can be applied. So with this situation to contend with, we have been delighted with our builders who have taken every opportunity to continue with as many other activities as they could. A quick site visit today shows that although we are still to render the external ground floor walls, the painters have started on the upper floors, the vanities are in and the tilers are happily tiling balconies and bathrooms!
