SDA tenant information session
21.03.23
Today marked a significant and heartwarming occasion for us as we engaged with potential tenants for our upcoming Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties in Warwick, which are on the verge of completion. The Carine Club Rooms served as the venue for an informative session meticulously designed to familiarize prospective tenants with the joint responsibilities of Pulse Property Solutions, the SDA provider, and Ability WA, the designated care provider for these homes.
This session was a crucial step in ensuring that future residents are well-informed about the agreements between all parties involved. Topics covered included the roles and responsibilities of each entity, house rules, and the complaints management process. Our aim was to empower prospective tenants with the knowledge needed to foster a smooth and supportive living environment.
Beyond the educational aspect, the event also provided a delightful opportunity for potential tenants to connect with each other and engage with the support staff, fostering a sense of community before even moving in. The success of the event further underscores our commitment to not only providing high-quality living spaces but also facilitating a seamless transition for our residents.
As we eagerly await the completion of the development, we look forward to extending a warm welcome to the successful tenants who will soon call these homes their own. This event marks just the beginning of a journey toward inclusive, supportive, and community-oriented living in Warwick.
