Open from 6.30am, it seems like THE HARDWARE STORE & CAFE EATERY on Brighton Road is the place to be! In fact there are so many new cafes popping up that we might bring you some behind-the-counter news in August. Stay tuned. In the meantime, we’ve heard that THE WILD FIG matches great food with pretty cool music. They serve up an awesome vego night on Wednesdays. And if you like to mix up some trivia while hanging out with friends, TORCH BAR at number 1 Scarborough Beach Road will keep you entertained with their Tastiest Trivia nights on Thursdays. THE SAND BAR also offers a winter warmer menu on the same night. There’s mixed reviews about MATISSE BEACH CLUB which is often the case when new venues launch. No complaints here about having more on offer though. GINGER OWL has their mini-shop-reno behind them and has racks of funky fashions and trendy home wares for that new apartment!
