We’re so very close to unveiling the first of the Lifestyle by Pulse boutique townhouses!! It’s wonderful to know we will be delivering these gorgeous homes to their new owners very soon. In the anticipated lead-up to the official launch next month, we asked one of the purchasers why they decided to call Lifestyle by Pulse home…
What were the key reasons for purchasing your new townhouse? - We’ve always wanted to live in a brand new house, but never wanted a big house. We thought a townhouse would be perfect for us. We wanted a home with no strata levies, with a smart design and low maintenance. This townhouse ticked all the boxes. We believe we should enjoy our life every day. The living conditions are very important. We have no time to renovate old houses. Brand new home was a must for us and we didn’t mind paying extra.
What are you most excited about in the lead up to moving in? – We just moved from Sydney and so excited that we didn’t just find the suburb of our dreams, but we’ve also found a perfect home for our family. We are looking forward to our new life in Perth in our new townhouse we absolutely love.
What is your favourite feature of the home? – My daughter loves the stairs and my mother and I love the courtyard.
Why did you choose to live in South Duncraig? – Beautiful area and great location. Green and peaceful. So close to the beach and the City. It is a very well-established area that offers a fantastic lifestyle. We went to so many places and South Duncraig is still a winner.
How have you found the process of dealing with Pulse and the builder so far? - Fantastic! It exceeded our expectations. Very professional and easy to deal with. You’ve accommodated every single request.
