FUSION

Great news for our soon-to-be FUSION owners. The paving is being laid at a cracking pace and looks FANTASTIC! The experience of seeing the driveway in provides a great sense of cohesiveness – one that draws the exciting design aspects together to form a stylish and impressive streetscape. We love it. It won’t be long before the floor coverings are laid as the cleaner is at work on the internals now. Landscaping and other finishing aspects are all booked in advance. We look forward to handing over these stunning apartments in the near future.

TRUE NORTH

Progress is continuing at an improved pace at TRUE NORTH with brickwork finished on the front block and at about 90% on the rear. We expect the latter to be competed this week and for the carpenters to begin framing next week. Once the roof timbers are in place, the plumbing and electrical tube outs can commence on the upper floor. We will continue to monitor the works and look forward to sharing more progress shots with you in the next issue.

THE TERRACE

The Terrace is progressing in fine fashion. The carpenters have completed the roof frame and roof cover is expected to begin this week. In the meantime, the electricians and plumbers are on site chasing in services. We are keen to see the external render begin after these trades are finished and expect to bring you some great photos in our next issue highlighting the strong design features of these striking new homes.
