FUSION
Completion is on the horizon for our lucky FUSION buyers at 9 Elanora Street, Joondanna. Most of the internal carpentry and tiling is complete with final plumbing and electrical fit-offs taking place now. You can see from the images that the façade has come to life too with the feature stone cladding now in place. It provides great interest to the commanding elevation. New boundary fencing is installed and the ground floor texture coat to the external walls is nearing completion. Paving is due to start soon as we head into the final stages. We can’t wait to handover these amazing homes to their new owners.
TRUE NORTH
If you take a drive by TRUE NORTH you will notice the upper floor slabs are poured and curing and the form work stripped. TRUE NORTH will begin to really take shape as upper floor brickwork begins later in the month. We look forward to seeing the next stage and keeping you updated on progress.
THE TERRACE
The builders continue to make great progress at our latest Mount Hawthorn development. The brickies have completed the second storey allowing the carpenters to begin on the roof. This unique townhouse style development has some outstanding features with a focus on spacious living and well-appointed wet areas. All of these comfortable homes have north facing outdoor areas in which to enjoy our beautiful climate.
