This project really is coming to life now that the temporary fence has been removed to expose these amazing boutique townhouses to the South Duncraig neighbourhood.

It won’t be long before the builder hands over the keys as they enter the final stages of construction with cabinetry installed, tiling, painting and services well underway. External works, paving and landscaping will commence soon which will really put the finishing touches to these homes in readiness for the official market launch.

LIFESTYLE ON BRECHIN, SOUTH DUNCRAIG

As one development nears completion, another new and exciting project is starting to come to life around the corner on Brechin Place.

The site was cleared, and boundary fence and walls completed at the end of December. Trades were back in the new year with footings poured, brick build ups complete, and the slab recently poured. Once cured the brickwork will follow.

We’re yet to develop the marketing materials for this one but already receiving lots of interest.
