Welcome to a snapshot of the progress at our PULSE development sites under construction.
FIFTYTWO
WOW! Check out the street appeal at FIFTYTWO. The site has been home to loads of activity since our August update. With the external render complete, the scaffold dropped and the site cleaned, it’s great to see the façade shaping up and to know that the internal fit outs are well underway. The builder has done a great job with progress and we look forward to seeing the final stages of construction come together soon.
FUSION
Each time we arrive at FUSION we are reminded of the commanding street presence this project delivers. And while still in its infancy (in terms of aesthetics), the transformation is certainly underway now that the brickwork is finished and the roof structure in progress. The builder is working from the rear of the site forwards and numerous trades have been busy attending to internal plastering, electricity and plumbing to name a few. We look forward to seeing the roof go on over the coming weeks. By the time we touch base with you again in February, we should see a remarkably new façade at FUSION!
BREEZE
The view just gets better at BREEZE as we head into summer, as does the fabulous feel inside these stunning homes on Westview Street, Scarborough. The builder has made great progress since our last newsletter – with the roof in place and external texture underway, the ceilings are being fitted as the internal plaster to upper floor was finished recently. Fine weather certainly make for good building progress! We look forward to seeing the development reach lock up in the near future.
TRUE NORTH
You may be aware that bricklayers have been hard to find and keep in the industry of late. Employment ads for brickie teams in the metro area has escalated and TRUE NORTH has been momentarily delayed as a result. The builder was able to pull in a team to make a start on the store rooms which are complete and work has progressed on some other activities. We expect to see some more action very soon!
