The recent State Government announcement to increase the first home buyers grant for new homes to $10,000 soon after 15th September is a huge bonus for those entering the property market for the first time. In addition, an article in the Weekend West on August 26th reported that entry-level buyers are already taking advantage of these conditions by purchasing off-the-plan apartments in established suburbs.
