Beachfront set for $30M revamp + new Pulse Project!

We have had loads of fun lately researching new areas and developing various strategies to find new development sites. So we are delighted to announce that we have recently secured a fabulous new property in Scarborough, just minutes from the iconic beachfront. The timing is great with the recent news from the Barnett government that $30 million has been allocated to revamp the foreshore to make it “one of the nation’s best beaches.”  With new promenades, cycle paths, landscaping, fitness equipment, public art and a host of other improvements, the area is set to thrive.  It’s still early days for our latest project with loads of ideas and concepts flying around the room. We’ll keep you informed on this upcoming gem over the months to follow.
