Around the traps
Welcome to a snapshot of the progress at our PULSE development sites.
FIFTYTWO
Our gem at 52 Milton Street Mount Hawthorn is beginning to shine. Emerging from behind the big street tree - and more so from the steel yard that has engulfed its street presence for some months - passers-by can now see the PULSE brand on show. When we spoke to the site supervisor this month, he rattled off a list of activities that are booked to take place soon. It will be great to see FIFTYTWO move towards lock up and see the exciting internal design scheme begin to shape up.
FUSION
We’ve said this before! That feeling when you first head up the stairwell and find yourself on top of an expansive concrete slab with great views of a leafy neighbourhood. It's always a fantastic moment. We also noticed the comfortable feeling of space at FUSION and the overall integration with the streetscape. Works have progressed since that earlier visit this month with scaffold in place and the top floor brickwork set to begin soon. We look forward to bringing you more photos in our next newsletter.
BREEZE
Brickwork complete, roof timbers on site and framing in progress! It certainly won’t be long before BREEZE begins to shape up and present its own personality on 153 Westview Street. Despite a lot of inclement weather over the winter months, we’ve been pleased with the sound progress made by our quality builder. We look forward to seeing the roof constructed in the near future.
TRUE NORTH
With demolition behind us and the site cut and filled ready for prelays and foundations, the construction of 106 Northstead Street Scarborough is now underway. It is easy to imagine what a commanding street appeal TRUE NORTH will deliver when one stands on the street and takes in the perfect rise of the block from front to rear. There is little more to report for now, other than perhaps noticing the impressive street tree protection zone put in place by the council! Oh, and did we mention, there is only 1 stunning apartment left for sale! Will it be yours?
