Port Hedland Powers On

Port Hedland continues to power through the supposed downturn with quality properties lasting only a matter of days on the market before being snapped up at record prices.  Pulse is currently project managing the development of 6 houses in the new Demarchi Estate in South Heldand, WA.  We are currently finalising the planning and structurals, consturction is due to start in November 2009.  Some of these properties will be available for rent while a few will be realeased to the market for sale.  Completion is expected July 2010, if you're looking for fantastic rental returns @ $1700-$2000 per week and would like to know more please contact us for further details before these are released to the market in November.
