Our Warwick Specialist Disability property is coming close to completion and we still have some vacancies available. These homes, with their range of modern amenities and supports designed to meet the unique needs of High Physical Support participants, have been finished with high-quality features designed to provide comfortable and independent living for people with disabilities. The property consists of both 2-person and 3-person share options, along with Onsite Overnight Assistance rooms for 24hr care.

The stunning two-resident and three-resident homes boast a range of luxurious features with luxury heavy-duty vinyl plank flooring throughout and deluxe high ceilings to add to the spacious feel. For ultimate comfort and convenience, the tablet-controlled reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning ensures the perfect temperature year-round, while the intercoms to all bedrooms and OOA's provide easy communication and security. The kitchens' adjustable height sections offer a modern and functional workspace, complemented by the immersive accessible herb and vegetable garden in the backyard, making it an ideal addition for cooking enthusiasts who enjoy using fresh ingredients and engaging in meal preparation.
