With multiple client projects at site, as well as our very own Pulse projects, it’s all happening across various stages of construction throughout Perth and our beautiful South West.

Site preparations have begun at our residential project in Busselton, with the demolition of the existing home to go ahead in the coming weeks. Our second SDA site in Warwick has brickwork well underway with the two side-by-side homes starting to take shape. Fire, electrical, and data run-ins are now complete and roofing materials are on-site at our client’s Yokine project, ready to commence the next stage. SDA site inspections have been completed and brickworks are about to commence at our client's SDA development in the Mandurah area and at the other end of the scale we have another client’s SDA project in Bassendean nearing completion, with handover expected in October. With other projects in the pipeline, special mention to a Pulse-owned SDA coming soon to South of the River, as well as early planning and concept development for some other Project Management clients, we are busy busy - the way we love it! It’s so wonderful to be able to contribute towards WA’s much-needed disability housing sector.
