With a heartwarming legacy created over thirty years, Midway Community Care has been a rock-solid support system for community members of the Mandurah and the Peel region, empowering them to reach their full potential. Now, fueled by their unwavering commitment to inclusivity and independence, Midway embarks on a groundbreaking journey with a visionary five-unit disability development project - their second Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) project we're teaming up on. As dedicated project managers, we feel privileged to bring this transformative project to life, crafting homes that cater to the unique needs of individuals with disabilities while embodying Midway's dedication to creating an inclusive community. Throughout the development process, we have worked extremely closely with Midway to ensure their invaluable insights and understanding of their residents' needs are integrated into the design to guarantee an end result of a thoughtfully crafted environment that promotes not just accessibility, but also fosters a sense of belonging and empowerment. For the construction phase, we've partnered with Dale Alcock Projects, renowned for their commitment to quality and excellence, to lead the build. Collectively, we have formed a dynamic team that is determined to deliver a high-quality living space that will positively impact the lives of its residents.

The development comprises three single-storey single-resident villas designed to the Fully Accessible category, along with one single-resident villa designed to the Robust design category. Adorning the street front of the property is a two-resident Fully Accessible villa, a two-storey home thoughtfully equipped with an Onsite Overnight Assistance room for 24hr care. The addition of a lift ensures seamless movement between floors, enhancing accessibility for residents. Moreover, the downstairs resident rooms feature private ensuites equipped with reinforcement for future ceiling hoists if required, facilitating easy transitions from bed to shower. And who says accessibility can't be stylish? With a focus on creating timeless and modern aesthetics, the villa elevations boast classic feature bricks and carefully selected colour schemes that will remain contemporary for years to come. Renowned for quality inclusions, we have specified quality appliances and fittings, ensuring a home that caters to future residents' unique needs to make life more comfortable for them and their care teams.
