'Tis the season of joy, love, and togetherness, and nowhere was this spirit more evident than at the recent Christmas party held at one of our newest disability residences in Warwick. In a celebration organised by Jackie, and the dedicated team at Ability WA, tenants, neighbours and their families came together to mark their first Christmas in their new homes and we were delighted to be invited along.

One of the most inspiring parts of the event was witnessing the smiles on the faces of the tenants, their neighbours, and their families. The joy radiating from each person reflected not only the festive atmosphere but also the sense of belonging and acceptance fostered by this small community. It was a community coming alive, showing that the journey to independent living can be one big, joyful party. It was wonderful to be a part of it as everyone gathered around to share a luncheon whilst socialising, mingling and experiencing the magic of the holiday season surrounded by friends and loved ones. We feel blessed to have such fantastic tenants with such a wonderful support team behind them. May the joy and camaraderie carry forward into the new year and beyond.
