Pulse Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Projects:

At the forefront of our Pulse SDA endeavors, we are thrilled to report significant progress. Currently, we have three High Physical Support units under construction within the vibrant community of Cannington. Additionally, we are on the brink of commencing work on two more homes in another prime Cannington location! The initial Cannington residences are on track for completion, eagerly anticipating their readiness for tenants by May 2024. The homes have a range of options for living arrangements with a single resident villa, a two-resident villa and a three-resident house. Additionally we have a three villa HPS project in Bentley that is due for completion mid 2024. Each of these homes is designed to accommodate two residents, ensuring their comfort and privacy. These state-of-the-art units boast private ensuites, separate powder rooms, and Onsite Overnight Assistance rooms, offering comprehensive support and accessibility.

Pulse Residential Projects:

Our residential projects are equally exciting, offering a range of three and four-bedroom homes that are thoughtfully situated in one of the South West's most coveted areas. Nestled just a stone's throw away from the pristine Geographe Bay, and a short stroll from the lively heart of Busselton, these homes are a testament to a lifestyle that caters to various preferences. We've gone to great lengths to alleviate the stress of building a new home, crafting not one, but six expansive, high-end units. The fresh, coastal vibes exude an inviting ambiance, with interior designer-selected neutral tones that seamlessly blend with diverse tastes. Accessibility is a top priority, with all ensuites featuring easy-to-navigate hobless showers and generous 870mm wide doorways throughout. Client SDA Projects:

Currently, we are diligently managing two sites on behalf of our esteemed client, Midway Community Care, in the Mandurah area. One of these sites is a five-villa development, designed to offer a warm and welcoming home for six NDIS participants, with an expected completion date early in 2024.

The progress on the two-storey unit is particularly noteworthy, with the scaffold recently removed to reveal the striking facade, primed for the installation of modern cladding. The interior spaces are coming to life, with ceilings and plastering now in place, providing a glimpse of the cozy living areas taking shape. The cabinetry has been delivered to the site, and the installation process is already underway.
