Pulse Property Solutions can assist with each step of the property development process and offer tailored services to suit the clients’ requirements. One of our current clients has engaged Pulse to assist in their multiple applications for the WA Governments’ Social Housing Economic Recovery Package (SHERP), where $97 million has been committed to build (or buy) up to 250 new social housing properties across metropolitan and regional areas. This initiative has been devised to create jobs, boost industry confidence and encourage WA prospective homebuyers to build new homes. This particular client has chosen to design to the LHA Platinum Level, leveraging on Pulse’s vast experience with Specialist Disability Accommodation projects. We are looking forward to seeing these projects reach completion, amongst many others, to assist in easing the current strain on WA’s vulnerable communities.
