Kenwick SDA Opening

Kenwick SDA Opening

Pulse Property Solutions is proud to have played a key role in delivering Foundation Housing's new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) development in Kenwick, officially opened on 7 October 2026.

Residents, families, project partners and representatives from government gathered to celebrate the completion of the development, delivered by Foundation Housing in partnership with Ability WA.

The development provides purpose-built accommodation for 10 residents. Designed around the needs of the people who call it home, the homes incorporate accessible living spaces, private ensuites and courtyards, assistive technology, automated features and backup power to support residents to live as independently as possible.

As project manager, Pulse Property Solutions worked closely with Foundation Housing, Ability WA and the wider project team to help bring this development to life. The project demonstrates the value of collaboration between housing providers, disability support specialists, designers and the construction team in delivering accommodation that makes a meaningful difference to people's lives.

The development was recognised at the 2026 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence, where it received a Judges' Award. We are proud to have worked alongside Foundation Housing, Ability WA, Corbel Property, M Carbone Designs and Tricrest Construction to deliver this development and contribute to a project with lasting community impact.
