Welcome to a snapshot of our PULSE development sites under construction.

WESTVUE –  It’s been fabulous to watch this building take shape and rapidly transform over the past few months. One contractor completed all the 2nd story timber and roof plumbing which enabled them to keep up the momentum and efficiently coordinate the works. The roof cover and wall cladding are complete with the focus now moving to the internal works. Internal selections & finishes have now been finalised and we eagerly await to see the fixings installed during the next stage.

THE MOUNT – Works are progressing well onsite with the upper floor brickwork and roof framing complete and external sheeting already commenced. Timing is favourable as winter is fast approaching and it will be good to put a lid on it to keep the rain out. The commanding dual façade of the building is generating a lot of positive interest amongst locals and interested buyers.

VUE – Pulse are pleased to announce VUE, the new kid on the block at 117 Westview Street, Scarborough. Works onsite are moving along nicely as per project program and the builder is more than half way through the upper brickwork. This development is yet to be launched to market but please contact us should you wish to find out more.
