Welcome to a snapshot of our PULSE development sites under construction.

TRUE NORTH 

There is a flurry of activity on site with works full steam ahead to complete the final stages of construction.  It’s exciting to see the full build come to life and the complex transform into new homes with a great community vibe.  Check out the photos, the site is awash with finishing trades including cabinet-makers, painters, electricians, tilers and carpenters. We’re looking forward to seeing the landscaping and finishing touches over the coming month.

THE TERRACE 

These soon to be complete townhouses are looking fabulous and deliver some real wow factor and presence to both Jugan and Anderson streets.  Glazing, balustrading to the balconies and doors were recently installed and the project is now at lock up achieving a critical milestone.  Finishing trades continue to work through the heat, installing the joinery items, tiling and transforming what was a construction site into a sensational complex and homes for new owners to reside.

WESTVUE

It’s all stations go on site with the upper floor slab now cured and bricks loaded on site.  The bricklayers started this week in the searing heat – well done boys! We can’t wait to see the upper floor take shape over the coming weeks.

THE MOUNT 

Ground level might look like a maze game of scaffolding, that’s because the upper floor slabs have now been poured and are currently curing.  From there our trusty builders will be getting stuck into upper floor brickwork which will commence in the next few weeks – exciting times ahead!
