Welcome to a snapshot of our PULSE development sites under construction.

FUSION

We are happy to announce the recent and successful completion of FUSION. This unique development of thirteen stylish apartments has just been handed over to the respectful owners. We took on board some excellent feedback from our last completed project, and arranged a private gathering at The Pirate Bar with the owners a few weeks before settlement. The intent was for the PULSE team to meet and greet everyone but more so to allow the new owners to meet and establish a sense of community from the outset. It was a very worthwhile event. TRUE NORTH

The upper floor at TRUE NORTH is making good progress with the external render and cladding almost finished.  The float is complete internally and the white set plaster and ceiling installation is in progress. The lock up glazing is also underway, and the plumbers and electricians continue their works. It will be great to see the scaffold dropped in due course so we can get inside to bring you more internal photos in our next update.

THE TERRACE

Progress at THE TERRACE has been strong over the last quarter. The roof is on and the addition of the external render and paint on the top floor have really changed the face of the development.  We love to see our projects reach this stage - we get a much better feel of how well the design meets the quality and style we intended.  Great to see the internals moving ahead too with ceilings bumped and the plasterer working on the white set. We look forward to showing off these unique terrace style apartments again in February when we expect to bring you some exciting internal fit out shots and more.

WESTVUE

Check out the happy bricklayers at our WESTVUE site! Despite limited access and an abundance of materials to move around, these guys certainly know how to keep a site clean.  It is such a pleasure to witness people taking so much pride in the important work they do – thanks fellas. Ground floor brickwork is now complete and the formworks have commenced preparing for the suspended slab. The builder is working hard to pour prior to Christmas. It will be great to see how things look from the top floor next year.

THE MOUNT

Our latest Mount Hawthorn project is well underway. This boutique development, with 8 stylish apartments, is almost ready for the bricklayers to bring the project out of the ground. Footings and slabs are down, the plumbing drains are in and the site was cleared of excess sand last week to allow for the remainder of brick loading. It will be great to see some bricks on their way up before the year is out.
