Welcome to a snapshot of the progress at our PULSE development sites under construction.

FUSION

Transformation has arrived! If you are one of our soon-to-be FUSION residents, and have driven along Elanora Street recently, you may have noticed the increased number of construction vehicles hugging the kerb – and more tools on the go in and around the site! The windows and sliding doors on the first floor have been glazed and the texture coat is 95% complete upstairs. Painting has also begun, with the eaves lining finished and the cladding in progress.  The front awning roofs are being installed this week and ceilings are well underway. Lots to be excited about now! We hope you enjoy the pics.

BREEZE

Fancy letting in the cool breeze on a hot summer afternoon?  Just open those windows which are now in place at our new BREEZE apartments. With lock up complete, the builder has moved swiftly with the internal fit-outs upstairs. The tiling is finished and the plumbing and electrical fit offs are underway. The painter continues while the ground floor apartments will soon be home to carpenters installing cabinets, doors and the likes. Not long now before the finishing stages bring this iconic project to practical completion before we next touch base in May.

TRUE NORTH

Looks like we will be up for that exciting moment in March when we can leap up to the suspended slab and take in the lofty atmosphere at TRUE NORTH. With brickwork complete and formwork continuing on the front apartment block (the rear is complete), the builder expects the steel fixer on site next week. It will be great to see more activity from the first floor perspective soon.

THE TERRACE

Impressive! Sometimes you get one of those projects where everything falls into place like a jigsaw puzzle with little intervention. Our builders at THE TERRACE are certainly piecing this project together during construction phase with ground floor brickwork complete after laying the slabs days before Christmas. The form workers are due on site soon so we expect to be reporting from the top floor slab by the time May arrives.
