November has always held a special place in the hearts of the Pulse family, and this year was no exception. As the calendar turned its pages, we marked a momentous occasion — Pulse's 15th anniversary! Gathered among friends we celebrated 15 years of passion, innovation, and success with drinks and canapes at the 300 Acres Restaurant and Bar at Wembley Golf Course. The venue echoed with the sounds of laughter as we paused to appreciate the collective efforts that have shaped Pulse into what it is today.

What a wild ride it has been! Since our inception in 2008, Pulse has undertaken an impressive 57 projects, each contributing to our growth and learning. From land divisions to high-end residential projects, becoming a registered NDIS provider for SDA disability housing to sharing our expertise as an SDA project manager, we have accumulated years of experience in the everchanging field of property development in Western Australia.

Here's to the journey behind us, the moments ahead, and the vibrant community that makes Pulse more than just a property developer – cheers to 15 years and beyond!
